Ingredients:
1 egg
1 tsp Shangrila Vinegar
Salt as per taste
½ tsp black pepper
½ cup flour
1 cup boneless chicken strips
½ cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp roasted almonds (crushed)
Oil (for frying)
Shangrila Garlic Chilli Sauce (for serving)
Directions:
In a bowl, whisk the egg, Shangrila Vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Add flour and mix well to form a smooth batter.
Dip the boneless chicken strips into the batter, ensuring they are well coated.
In a separate bowl, combine bread crumbs and crushed roasted almonds to prepare the dry coating.
Remove the chicken strips from the wet batter and coat them evenly in the bread crumb mixture.
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Once hot, carefully add the coated chicken strips and fry until golden brown and crispy.
